years and years ago when I first started using the net, I took a pix of a computer mouse on top of a mars bar and put a caption news flash, mouse found on mars. Sent to loads of email friends (as one did in those days lol) Was surprised it never went viral :(
That reminds me of the one a few years back in a similar style about the NHS selling surplus ipads...or as the picture indicated eye pads.

  • FC, I was thinking of you today, didn't quite manage to put a good luck post up though as ended up distracted by something else. Hope it went ok. :)

Have managed to get some questions answered by my consultant. Very impressed actually, only emailed the secretary this morning and had the reply a couple of hours ago. Have also been booked in for a telephone consultation a couple of days before the op, so I can bombard with questions! Oh, and she has agreed I can have a PICC line fitted which means no more horrible cannulas, and a load less to stress about (apart from the actual fitting of the PICC line!!).

Consultant is very much looking at it as a revision surgery rather than a full redo, although of course there are no guarantees once she gets in and has a look. Whilst its another 6 weeks of having a tube stuck in my belly button, I'm hoping I'll feel much better during recovery as its a lot less invasive.

Am generally feeling a lot more positive about things now. :)

I've got skin tint bronzer but I wish I knew exactly how I am supposed to apply it. Reading the instruction leaflet I thought it would go on like a foundation and cover all flaws but it seems very dark and I could not get it to blend in - perhaps its me, used to just tiny drops and I need a big splodge

perhaps I need to find a you tube how to video

As I found out in the past when testing some facial fake tan lotions for them.
The 2 tubes of stuff looked the same........glad I tested on my thigh first as I'd have looked like an oompahloompah if I'd put one of them on my face  :rotfl:
