I am no pro by any means but to me that sounds like an abscess burst and if that is the case then it will be building up again :(
I had an ear infection when I was 8 and I was in so much pain I was crying (shows how painful it was, I remember it vividly). My parents made a doctors appointment the next day but overnight something went pop and I awoke with blood on the pillow and no pain. Still went to the doctors and it turned out I had a massive infection and my ear drum had perforated, I was on antibiotics for 6 months until it healed enough to trust it would cause no problems!
Thanks I will call the dentist today as I really don't want to go through that again, I have never suffered dental pain before and certainly don't want to again, I would rather give birthOne cannot change the past, but one can ruin the present by worrying over the future.0 -

Hugs for Munqui, hope things continue to progress well with Mrs Munqui, that sort of thing is never easy to deal with especially with two young children at home too. :grouphug:
As for you FC, it must have been almost spooky reading your Sweden diary, nice to know DS took the reindeer eating well. When we went to Finland we simply did not tell the kids they were eating reindeer
Off to Screwfix Live tomorrow. Already know we will be getting some good freebies there as we pre-registered, last year I got a nice free backpack too and hoping to get one this yearWhen The Fun Stops Stop0 -

:hello:
I'm just looking at the "Savvy buys" for T. D'you know, somehow I think this is a price increase:
Brioche Pasquier Croissants au Beurre (8)
[Strike]£1.50[/Strike] £1.00 12.5p / Pastry Valid until 05/10/2015
I'm 'sure' these were 89p a few weeks ago (an offer that itself I never got round to taking up). I know that 89p isn't reflected in the price graph shown on msm, but I don't trust the price graphs. (We have seen before where items really have been much lower in price and, then, when they go up, the price graph on msm does not reflect this but seems to get 'reset' to showing a different base - especially if it's showing a Savvy Buy and appears to suggest it's at its lowest price. I know for a fact that, in the past, some items that have shown graphs like that have just gone up from being even lower. Shredded Wheat was one from quite a while back, that went to just over £1 but, immediately that ended, the graph was then showing lowest prices of £2 marks. Or something like that.)
So, I can't say for 100% definite that the Croissants were 89p, but I do have a recollection somewhere that one of the Pasquier products was 89p in T very recently (and think it was the Croissants). Seems they have gone up to £1.50 for a short time in between, in order for them then to appear as [Strike]£1.50[/Strike] £1.00. It makes it seem as if it's gone down in price. I reckon not.
As for the other "Savvy buys", I don't think there's anything at all worth bothering with:rotfl:. The Bisto granules are at 62p, which is 'good' for Bisto granules. However, SP granules at 20p are adequate enough, so I see no need to pay for 'expensive' brands (even at their lowest prices:rotfl:). Why pay over three times as much (or just under with APG)?
The only Savvy buy I thought was any good were the Birds Eye 42 Chicken Dippers at £2, which was a very good price - lowest I've ever seen and well below the usual £2.92/£3 offer prices. The T offer is no longer running - and I doubt we'll seen it again often, though I could be wrong.
So, in short, absolutely nothing worth bothering with. I think I'll stick to SP/Eday value essentials (except for the potatoes that are cheaper, via 12.5Kg sacks, in M). I am going to be saving a lot of money, by spending nothing at all:rotfl:. (I'm resisting all those McVities bars as do we need 'unhealthy' chocolate food anyway? No need!)
Otherwise, it's just "useless" PG Tips at 50p that cynic here thinks have probably only gone down in price because Mr A is same price. They're still more expensive than SP etc. and give you fewer bags. Useless same price in A, and too expensive for me:rotfl:, so I'm having none of them either. 50p Ye Olde Oak that's just bog-standard offer and still a penny more than Kingsfood. Tuc Crackers that are worse than A's 'best' r'back. Popcorn that's still more expensive than the best prices I've seen on Fudco versions etc. Expensive brand after expensive brand (even on the offer prices they're still worse than SP etc. equivalents - that, doubtless, the brand manufacturers who have an interest in this wouldn't accept were equivalent, but for me they are). In short, nothing.
Why have Patak sauces at 87p when SP is 20p or own brand sauces are slightly cheaper for 500g rather than 450g? [Or...here's one I found... when looking at what turns out to be a comparatively 'expensive' M own brand for potential Avs M - Fiesta Hot Chilli Cooking Sauce (500g) 69p in Aldi.] Anyway...:rotfl:.
That's the 'trouble' with being an Elite money-saver: we know ways to get things far cheaper and/or free (or better than)!:rotfl:0 -
Catchup later as off to source some things for the raffle prizes tomorrow .....I know I will not have to go and buy any that's for sure;)glitch glitch items spring to mind:cool:0
