Good evening, welcome back , the Apg no longer uses MSM so that is used for getting an idea of competitor prices that should compare. The items themselves generally appear on Tuesday or Wednesday when offers are changing over and relies on some very eagle eyed and skilful Elite monitoring changing multis when they update online, as there are sometimes windows when the new price online does not match instore (and sometimes a certain amount of luck/test shops ).

Yes very much same as Volterol gel ....i find if i dollop a load on just

before i get into bed i have about 30 minutes to get to sleep before

the pain keeps me awake ....If this doesnt work for you then maybe

ask to be sent to the pain management at hospital
