    Anyone getting champers today?

I've got my mind on toilet rolls. Remembered ive got lots of vouchers sitting in a drawer from the RM postal survey.......hoping I can spend them in a toilet roll stocking establishment.

    I'll not be beaten:rotfl:

Nellie a similar thing happened to a dog at a car boot sale not far from here. There was ultimately a happy ending, although the owners had to pay http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/news/13581364.Dog_stolen_in_Aldenham_reunited_with_owner_after_being_held_for_ransom/

Hope the job goes well cjj.

Still a bit bunged up but had an early night and slept well, so feeling a bit more human today.

    Good morning :)

Just wanted to share my excitement about a picture I've ordered :) I've been looking a while now for a picture to go in our bedroom but hadn't found anything that felt right. So last week I spotted this picture in the Trafford Centre and fell in love with it immediately:

    RYDER_The_Rush_Hour_r1_zps3spd9nkb.jpg

What I love about this picture is the uncanny similarity to my fantasy perfect life that I've had in my mind for many years. I dream of living alone in a countryside cottage very similar to this, away from people and traffic, just me and my dog. The picture is by an artist called Ryder, who wishes to remain anonymous so that we judge the art without being influenced by the artist. He says this "My work was inspired by the need to escape from the sometimes harsh realities of this world." I also have this need and for me it's another reason I want this picture.

I know buying expensive art is not MSE but its something I've never done before and OH and I have come into some extra cash recently so why not? It just feels right :)

    Lovely picture Evangeline.

Your perfect life is on a par with mine but I would live in a cottage in the middle of no where and all the homeless unloved animals could come and live with me and Poppy :D

Tweets this is probably what would end up happening to me also. I would start off with one dog but if I came across homeless unloved animals I'd have to help :) I only have one pet guineapig at the moment because at times I go into stress mode I don't take care of myself properly so I'm not in a position to take care of a dog right now :( However since almost all my stress is caused by the actions of other people if I was away from them this would stop being a problem :)

We sound like we would get on like an house on fire if we met in real life :).

You look after yourself and try not to let people get to you .

That's one pet I have never owned a guinea pig bet its lovely though :)

I don't have many real life friends apart from mum and DS I just have a few work mates one who I visit now and again . I prefer being on my own and Poppy is my best friend :A

Mum would stress me out but I wont let her get to me I visit and if she's upset me I come home cuddle Poppy and have a good cry then try and forget about it.
