BBC channels missing from digibox

The picture played through my digibox was very pixelated earlier, so I automatically retuned it and now all the BBC channels (1, 2, 3, 4 etc) are missing. They're missing from my TV too, which is strange. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know how to resolve this please?

Last time that happened to me I had to do a factory reset a couple of times before I got all the channels back again

Thanks both. Done everything but still fubar but hopefully it'll right itself at some point.

try retuning in a day or two , check the Ariel is still in place in the morning , also ask a neighbour if they are having problems

Have you checked the channel numbers aren't towards the high numbers ie 302 etc?

Similar problem here. You View box said I needed to rescan channels as some have moved recently. Before scan I had 250 channels. After scan I have 209. Still trying to figure out which ones are missing.
