Kensington Processing time?

Hi, Has anyone recently got a mortgage with Kensington? We just submitted our full application today and wanted to know the processing time these days for Kensington? Our vendor is chasing us every day and asking why the valuation is not done. So two questions:
1. At which stage Kensington orders the survey?
2. How long does it take to get the offer after survey?

As you have gone to Kensington you have obviously used a boker. they should be:
1) appeasing/managing the vendor/EA
2) answering your questions - Kensington will let you instruct (and pay) valuation once initial underwriting is done. this is normally 3 - 4 days if you have made a reasonable hash of the first documentation requirements.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. Perhaps its a Valuation Report that is provided free? This for their benefit, not yours and shouldn't be confused with a survey, which it is not. Or do you mean they are providing a Homebuyers survey report?0

Kensington generally give a 5 working day timescale for everything.
Sent them some paperwork? 5 working days to assess.
Survey been completed? 5 working days to assess.

Sorry for more questions, iv looked on my experian file and there is no credit search from Kensington, when do they usually search? My score is still excellent with no defaults or late payments0
