Credit report not showing

Hi guys long time lurker not really posted here before regarding debt and credit reports but hpefully you can give me some advice.

I paid the £2 fee to get a report from Experian it came back with 3 debts

* £179 to EE default date 22/10/2014

* £595 to TSB bought by MKDP LLP default date 18/02/11

* £3 to TSB currently overdrawn by £80 not sure what this is tbh

So my first port of call was to pay the debt to EE I called them and found this was sold to lowell so was advised to call them I quoted the account number hoping to come to a monthly settlement when they told me they have a further 5 cases for me 3 more for orange/EE and 1 for Three Mobile and another for Provident finance loan.

I knew about these and was not going to deny them BUT why were they not showing on my credit report from experian? Most don't come of till 2017/2018 either which is fine as i'm now going to stop burying my head in the sand and get them sorted once and for all just wish I could see them on my report as obv my file must look shocking.

I also have a letter from CRS ( Credit Res Soultions ) for a payment of £382.64 for non payment of a gym membership.

why is this not on my report?

  • Have you checked your other two reports? Not everyone reports to Experian.

    You should be PLEASED that these many many mobile phone defaults are not showing .....
  • Typically if credit information is missing from your report it will be because your address history hasn't been recorded accurately when registering with the credit agency or requesting your file.

    I tend to disagree with the above comment regarding them not showing. They may well not show on the report you have requested, but more than likely a lender would become aware if they ran their own credit check.

    I would recommend signing up with Experian's online service even if just for 30 days and giving them a call as this is something they can rectify almost overnight.

    Not every lender reports to Experian and it also depends on the age of the account. Accounts opened prior to about 2007 might not report to credit reference agencies.
