PCS secure a space notice to keeper.

This is my first post so be gentle. .

I recently received a 'notice to keeper' outstanding parking charge.

I've searched and read a previous thread however I saw that it said to start a new thread for 'secure a space tickets'

Any help would be fantastic.

It is yours, please read the stickies and then post more informatively, without naming the driver.

    Thanks for the reply.

PCN date 26/08/15 date of notice 04/09/15

long story short my gym is located in an industrial area where there is limited parking.

Myself and many other members of my gym have received these PCN's. The gym have said that they will get photographic evidence that we parked in the wrong area and we can do what we want with these photo's. In they gym they did say that alot of people refused to pay and haven't had any issues so far.

You seem to be writing as little as possible and not giving me the impression that you are putting much effort in to giving us sufficient info to enable us to help you. I don't find what you have written so far to be too clear.

Try reading a few other contemporary posts to get a gist of what info we need. In the meantime, please read the NEWBIES sticky thread at top of this forum to get the current information on what is recommended.

Op could be posting via a mobile phone, thu keeping posts sort.

Just googled and it looks like LDG Fitness is the gym in question.
THIS link shows an overhead view.

Looks like a case of appealling to POPLA (They are members of the BPA). If you get your fellow gym members in on this, you could, as a team, price them off the site.

I do apologise for my short messages. Thank you for responding. I found out last week that gym members can only park in a certain 6 spaces and three spaces have been verbally agreed. I the gym contacted secure a space and they have showed that i was in the bay next to the ones which i was allowed to park in. These extra spaces still have a secure a space sign over them.

My friends also received a notice a few days after me,

    Thank you for the help.

and yes that is the gym. Apparently the two spaces which are filled by the punto and corsa adn the space next to it are allocated to the gym. I was parked in the space where the white van facing the road is.

Ok, another update. i spoke to my gym today and they said they have a verbal agreement for an extra gym parking for free gym membership for the company who hired secure a space ( sounds like a joke doesnt it) the extra spaces are the ones linked by Patman99 (the corsa punto and the space which isnt used) i was however parked in the one next to the 3 new spaces the gym have aquired.
