I had a letter from Lloyds concerning my ppi claim which was rejected in 2007 stating that due to fca changes I could be entitled to a refund if I apply again I've filled in forms and spoke to them, I just wondered if anybody else had received these letters and if anybody who where rejected originally but then given a refund ?

yes they have.
some have gone on to have their decision changed. Whilst others have not.and if anybody who where rejected originally but then given a refund ?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
