SkyServicesUK Ebay Timeshare Scam?

Hi,
I hope someone can help me with this...
I have a massive it sounds to good to be true feeling and I just need it confirmed.
While trawling through Ebay via the BayCrazy site I came accross some timeshares being sold for 25p. Although the seller has some positive feedback I am still a bit dubious.
I checked out their website (just googled skysevicesuk) and it does not seem very legit to me.
If someone with some experience in this sort of thing could try and 'suss it out' for me that would be great!

The actual timeshare is cheap, but the annual fees are a lot of money.
Someone is using Ebay as a way of getting out of a ruinously expensive contract by passing on the liability to some poor sucker.0
