So you know what assumption the supplier has included in their final bill preparation before you even see it?

They can assume all they like, I am going to give them actual meter readings and I expect them to use them.

If not what is the point of meter readings?
over 73 but not over the hill.
  • Co-Op energy...what a mess they are right now. We are currently sitting at £1042 in credit, haven't been billed since March and despite many phone calls and refund requests we are no further ahead. Our fixed tariff comes to an end this month but I have no idea when we'll be seeing our money. Their website says they hope to have all the billing fixed by end of October, but it's simply not good enough. We went with them because they had good enough reviews from people, and weren't even the cheapest for our home.

On a side note they also have a sham billing system it seems; funny how the quarterly bill somehow magically is the amount of our monthly direct debit times 3!! What a co-inky dink! -___-. What I also love about that is that they try to hide it by putting the gas higher bill one bill and the electric higher the next one, but it all still comes out the total amount...MAGIC I TELLS YE.

*Sigh* I've lost the plot...and of course blame my lack of refund! :rotfl:
