One of the things you need to get hold of, if you can is a letter from the landlordc stating that he/she does not want this to proceed to court, and wnats the matter dropped.
even if he/she says they cant ( or wont) call off mike and co at combined perking solutions, a letter stating they dont want it to go any further would / should kill any chance for cps in court.From the Plain Language Commission:

Ask if he still has a copy of the contract with CPS, and if he's prepared to share it with you. It may (or hopefully may not) give CPS the right to pursue motorists to court on behalf of the landholder (the occupant).Je Suis Cecil.0
