  • Hi,

Does anyone have a screenshot of the Uswitch page when it said 3,000 points? I signed up when it was 3,000 but it now says 2,500 and I forgot to take one.

    Thanks,
    Kat

leasure vouchers have been sold by the company that originally owned them (m+b?) to a company owned by virgin and they have no plans to stop producing the vouchers. not sure if it was on the last thread or the one before but did e-m them and the reply is printed somewhere.

some franchise establishments within the named comanies on the vouchers have stopped accepting the vouchers so always check that the outlet you want to use is accepting them before ordering could have to pay in cash at the end otherwise.

will try and look for post if i get time later today and edit this post with it. if someone else can find it pls feel free to post / personal mail me with the link/ post number.

    reply recieved was as follows.....

Both The Virgin Voucher and Leisure Vouchers are owned by the same company Acorne Ltd, the vouchers will be sold the same as they currently are and as separate vouchers.

To have a look what both vouchers offer, take a look on
    www.thevirginvoucher.co.uk and www.leisurevouchers.co.uk

    You're very welcome, Carriew.

Out of interest, did you enter the answers manually, or did you use the completed grid link? And if you used the link, were you already logged into PB before clicking it?

    Enjoy spending the dosh!! :D

If you send a mail to the customer service folk and tell them that you signed up to it at 3000 and it's now dropped to 2,500 they should rectify it for you. I mailed them when I signed up to the AOL email thing, it said X points on the homepage then something lower when I registered, they gave me the diference back :)

    Congratulations!

Can I ask, did you answer the crossword manually or using the completed link?

I emailed pb about cyberslotz 4000 points asking when we will get them(remember it said 14 days on the offer - I saved a copy) and Rachel told me twice that it will be a wait of one month as detailed on the offer page. She was not accepting the 14 days even when I said I had a copy of the offer. So we shall see eh? Not too happy with the response to be honest.
They will only give me 1,000 points for this offer mind.
I got them, but just not as many as promised.
I registered 25th Aug and got points 1st Sep.
