I could be wrong but I think you actully get charged for ordering just the directory, £3 - £4?

My wife had a Next directory delivered about a year ago and it was left on the door step. About 2 months later she received a letter from them asking for about £3.50. She phoned them up and stated that she had never received the directory, she could therefore not be billed for it. She would quite happily pay for the directory if she had signed for it. They credited the account and sent a letter to state that she did not owe Next any money just incase they came back in the future.

Yes, you get 4 pointrs for every £1 spent. Next directories cost £3.75 each time, once you get one they automaically send you them.

  • Im guessing he did receive it but as it was on the doorstep they had no way of proving that he did so they lied and said they never got it lol

I have had the Next directory before and as with most catalogues they put an envelope through the door with a box ticked saying "left on step" or "left in outhouse" etc.
