Hi LadyF,

The clickthroughs appear on Monday (usually by late morning) and were changed a few weeks back to 5 points. Occasionally we get an extra one that appears a few days later. Which partner did you spend with? Some partners take a fair while to credit your account, but others are very quick. A lot of partner sites say that they will be creditted within 28 days. If the site says within 24 hours, then it would be a good idea to send an email to Pigsback. If you click on Help, then Support this will take you to them. They will answer to your registered email address.

Just got back from hols today to find the 4000 cyberslotz points sitting nice and quiet in my account - so ordered £40 of vouchers towards next years holiday! Nice one. Still have the tenner in cyberslotz too to withdraw as I didn't play any of it!! I shall still play the bonus though!

I'm fed up, changed my points for rehabbingo credit a week ago, I have contacted pigsback no reply so I contacted rehabbingo today. They have replied and said that their are others waiting too. Anyone on here?
