    I'm sure if you you just tell them that AOL are complete muppets, they'll sort things out (after all, there can't be many companies nowadays that think AOL are anything else, surely?)

    I've had to rescue a few "Weekly Sizzlers" from my AOL Spam box, now and again, but surely this is a bit strong?

    Now I can't log in to my account (£29.40 :eek:)- they deleted it!!! I don't know what to do, anyone got this? I don't know why their emails went to my SPAM box. Please help me - what to do? What should I write them? :o


    just write to them and tell then you dont want your account deleted and use another email address like a hotmail one or something away from aol.

    this is another reason i dont hang onto my points when i get to the reward points i want i order it straight away

    Still waiting for the other 2,000 Cyberslotz points.

    I emailed them last week & got a reply saying I'd have them by last Friday (didn't get them).

    Emailed them again & got a reply saying I'd definitely get them by Monday (still didn't get them).

    Have now emailed them for a 3rd time....
