No idea, it's the same on mine, I'm sure there was a part where you could fill in your profile and it was on there, but I can't see it anywhere now, sorry

Idlesaver - i'm having same problem...

Once the box is ticked you'd think they'd ask for a date of birth - Surely they can't be mind readers lol

I got my birthday bonus - just checked back. Perhaps we had to key it in when first joining?

Grr the snapfish vouchers have disappeared - it still says on the snapfish page you can have them as rewards but on the reward page they are no where to be found

RE Birthday points, is it firefox your using as there was an issue with that i think. Login with I.E see if that works. If its not working in I.E i'm not sure!

The only thing that really annoys me with pigsback is the offers where you do not receive a welcome mail, then how can you keep it?
Had this problem with tesco, totally london and another, no welcome mail (although I get all the other junk ones from them) and therefore no points!
