    No idea, it's the same on mine, I'm sure there was a part where you could fill in your profile and it was on there, but I can't see it anywhere now, sorry:confused:

    Idlesaver - i'm having same problem...

    Once the box is ticked you'd think they'd ask for a date of birth - Surely they can't be mind readers lol

    I got my birthday bonus - just checked back. Perhaps we had to key it in when first joining?

    Grr the snapfish vouchers have disappeared - it still says on the snapfish page you can have them as rewards but on the reward page they are no where to be found :(

    RE Birthday points, is it firefox your using as there was an issue with that i think. Login with I.E see if that works. If its not working in I.E i'm not sure!
    Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month

    The only thing that really annoys me with pigsback is the offers where you do not receive a welcome mail, then how can you keep it?
    Had this problem with tesco, totally london and another, no welcome mail (although I get all the other junk ones from them) and therefore no points!
    Real men never follow instructions; after all they are just the manufacturer's opinion on how to put something together. :p
