you will need to paste the screen shot into what ever paint program you use, save it and send it as an attachment or maybe paste it directly into your mail program. As far as I know its not possible to paste it into an online reply form (which is what I think you are trying)
  • Many thanks for a quick reply, i was doing what you said and i have tried your suggestion but it wont let me paste it in the box. I am able to paste it in my email but then i don't have pb addy.

I will persevere with it , many thanks once again.

    Hi all

Forgive me for not reading through all the backposts, I've been using PB for ages now but don't have time to read this thread very often. Is anyone else thinking of giving PB up? The number of points has dwindled over time, I used to do all the 10 point quizzes and click throughs but now it's now to 5pp for the latter, I've thinking of jacking it in. It has been very good to me but the good days seem to be over now.....anyone else feel the same?

I complete it manually and agree with you regarding some of the correct answers being incorrect grammatically etc. Is there a time element too?
As far as I'm aware, the timer is only there for us to time ourselves, and plays no part in the selection of a winner.

PB give virtually no info re the crossword. For instance, is it worthwhile making multiple entries, especially over the weekend, when there is no new puzzle? Why do they never publish the winners' names? What happens if you press "Submit" instead of "Check" by mistake? Can you re-submit and the solution be accepted? Can their software tell the difference between an incomplete mistaken submission and a multiple submission? Why doesn't the software tell us that we've already entered, as it does with the other competitions - even when we haven't?!

    Etc., etc.

I always paste a screen shot into Word then you can attach the file to an email

sad to say, but yes. I know that it's 'money for nothing' as some would say but life's too short and time too precious to bother doing 5p clicks and spending weeks, more likely months, trying to achieve enough points for a voucher just really isn't worth it now IMO.

and I don't shop through pigsback to be able to bump up the points any more as the tracking/reporting is far, far too unreliable for my liking, and having to chase every little thing up has become tedious beyond belief.

Sorry to say, pigsback, but in so many ways you have shot yourself in the foot. You just don't offer enough or give enough confidence to your target audience to be taken as a serious player in the cashback market any more.
