I ordered my Boots voucher on the 5th September, and received it this morning. Very chuffed!
Thanks to all who post answers and general help about PB, without it I would have been lost

have you tried ordering them 1 by 1 rather than all 5?

Yes, I tried that already. I even sent Pigsback a copy of the full wording on the error page ( quite long). I've never had any problems in the past.
