NatWest Refunds due to ATMs

I received a letter informing me that I'm due a Refund from NatWest.
This is apparently as they've discovered an IT System error which meant funds credited at ATMs showed as credits that day on mini statements, but did not credit until the next banking day on their internal systems.
They've therefore refunded any £6 fees plus interest as well as 8% from the date of the error (mine were back in 2011).

Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.
