in Energy
Just went to check the latest prices on the CEC and found a new supplier listed in my results.
It was called "The Robin Hood Energy company" who will only supply to people with the Nottingham postcode. So why was it listed for me, in a different region and 80 miles away from having a Nottingham postcode?
The CEC have all my details so I expect a little bit more professionalism in the production of results.
What else are you getting wrong?

Hi Gsmlnx
Thanks for raising this issue. Robin Hood Energy have a few tariffs (only launched on Monday), a couple of these are available nationwide, but it does have one tariff which is unique to Nottingham post-codes.
MoneySuperMarket who provide the price calculations for Cheap Energy Club can't currently limit a tariff to a particular post-code range, but do limit it to the relevant energy region - so if you live in Aberdeen, you definitely won't see a tariff only available in Nottingham!
I've arranged for the info message to be amended to make this point clearer.
I hope this helps to reassure you.0 -
They will supply me and I have got a quote from their site so they do provide nationwide.0

The wording has now changed. It did say "only for Nottingham postcodes".
Now it just says "Robin Hood Energy is a small new supplier - as such, we have little feedback on its customer service."
So it has been updated in under 2 hours - well done CEC for timely changes.0 -
Presumably this is the company that steals energy from the rich and gives it to the poor then?No free lunch, and no free laptop0

I've just started a switch & I'm in Scotland. It's going to save me £195 a year!0
