Smart Parking Fistral Beach

Hi All, Just after a bit of advice really. I have read through the mind boggling newbie sections (technical / legal stuff is very confusing) and cant find the simple answer to my question.
My company has received a Parking Charge Notice from Smart Parking. The letter in addressed to my company. They are claiming that the driver of that the vehicle entered at 13:55 and left at 14:33 on the 13/08/2015.
The driver has told me that his wife popped into the animal store to get an item that she couldn't find in the animal store in the town and he was waiting for her to return.
So simply, is it worth giving them the drivers details to fight it or just tell him to pay the fine for not getting a ticket whilst he waited.

you didnt read it properly them otherwise you would know its a speculative invoice, we dont use the F word as its not valid , lol
to absolve the company under POFA 2012 you should name the KEEPER and a serviceable address (not the driver)
the keeper is the one in control of the vehicle (hired , leased , company car etc)
in theory , you dont know who the driver was, it could have been me , you are assuming it was the keeper (even if the keeper divulged it in private)
keep it simple
name the keeper, with serviceable address
then tell the keeper to come here and read the newbies sticky thread, when they get a pcn in their name
and yes, the driver is a fool for not buying a ticket, the anpr cameras got him in and out, the ticket machine didnt have the VRN listed, voila , a pcn in the post !0
