    I thought that would be the case I just wasn't sure if there was any way around it considering I'm not going to be in the property and would've probably handed the keys back thats all.
    In that case I'll keep the keys until the 4th :)

  • Hello everyone,
    Thought I would give you a quick update in case anyone else is in the same boat.
    I phoned the EA and told them I wanted to give my notice, he told me to email (which I did) and said that if a tennant was found before the date our rent was due then they would agree to a mutual surrender :D

    Yeah :)
    Keeping my fingers crossed and will make sure I can be avalible for viewings :) saves the EA and LL time then and hopefully they will be greatful as I know I would be if I get my money back :D
