how will this affect other similar airports ... as in JLA ? who are still at this ?

The UKPPO ones are slightly different to the APCOA/VCS ones, in that someone (a five year old, I'm assuming after I'd read them) has written some bylaws that seem to indicate that UKPPO (not even a Ltd company, note) are lawfully authorised to issue penalties.
They are so badly written it's unreal, but there you have it. So UKPPO think this badly written set of bylaws (and has anyone seen any approval of them from the SoS??) gives them the ability to issue bona fide penalties.
Whereas VCS/APCOA etc. at the other airports are still doing the old Parking Charge Notice thing.Je Suis Cecil.0
