I first sent my complaint to Barclays in May this year. I received a form to fill in and sent it back. On the 12th of August I had a phone call, I answered all the questions and was told I would receive a letter to let me know their decision in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and no letter came. Tried ringing and was hold for ages, so gave up and sent an email instead. Had no reply to email, rang barclays today and was told a letter had been sent but for technical reasons it didn't print, was told they would send me the letter again. Was also told that because of the email I sent last week my complaint has been reopened. I don't know what this means

I would wait for the letter first and foremost and see what it says.0
