POPLA - Ombudsman Services

As I challenge my final ticket (For now) (and a friend is doing the same) I noticed that London Councils are finally passing the ball to Ombudsman Services.
Out of interest - is the process still the same?
By that I mean is POPLA going to remain POPLA, except it will now be run by Ombudsman Services? So we appeal as normal, requesting POPLA code, then appeal to POPLA?
I get the impression it is from the POPLA site. Also "Once this form is submitted your details will be passed onto Ombudsman Services Limited who will contact you in due course for your reasons for appealing and information on the next steps"
So we just submit our POPLA ref and then hang fire. I assume we wont get badgered by the PPC's or Debt (lol) Recovery people in the mean time :rotfl:
Thanks

It will be interesting to see if your appeal (which presumably is now pretty much a template after all your successes) is similarly upheld under the new TOS arrangements. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Umkomaas - Ive heard its as good as London councils is/was so fingers crossed I can continue chipping away at them. Ill wait until UKCPm give me the POPLA code I requested a couple of weeks ago and then submit and wait for them to start accepting appeals!
