TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FREE PRIZE DRAW
TO WIN A JEEP RENEGADE
Conditions of entry

1.This prize draw (the "Promotion") is only open to UK residents, excluding employees and agents of (a) the Promoter or (b) any company connected with the production or distribution of this Promotion, as well as their relatives or members of their family or household.
2.Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request. By entering the Promotion you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.The Promotion is free to enter and entrants can enter by going to metro.co.uk/winajeep. Only one entry will be accepted per person or email address.
4.The Promotion will start at 00.01 on 8h September 2015 and the closing time/date for the Promotion is 17.00 on 30th September 2015.

Winner
5.There will be one winner who will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge from all eligible entries, held on 1st October 2015. The winner(s) will be notified by the Promoter by email within one week of this date and will be given details of how to accept their prize. Failure by the winner(s) to accept the prize in the manner specified within one week of the Promoter's email will make any claim invalid and the Promoter will then select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above.
6.The winning entry will be picked at random from qualifying entries. In order for an entry to qualify it must meet the below criteria. Entries fitting this criteria will be published on metro.co.uk/winajeep as part of an image gallery and each will be entered once into a random draw. Metro does not condone unsafe or illegal behaviour. Any entries not in compliance with applicable laws, relevant health and safety guidelines or whose behaviour could cause harm to themselves or others will not qualify.

Qualifying criteria:

This competition is asking entrants to submit ‘Renegade’ photos of themselves. To clarify ‘Renegade’ includes, but is not limited to, images submitted of an entrant taking part in:
•Extreme sport/activities that comply with relevant safety precautions – e.g bungee jumping, sky diving, white water rafting
•Everyday events/activities that show an individual’s own take/twist/style – e.g skateboarding to work, cold water swimming, bike polo
