All entries must be received by midnight on Sunday 13 September 2015.
6. The winners will be contacted by the Promoter by telephone by 5pm on Monday September 14, 2015. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner by this deadline or should a winner be unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award that prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
7. The prizes as described are available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value will be provided.
8. Three winning entrants will each win a pair of VIP tickets to the Rugby Captains Dinner, which will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at Battersea Evolution, London from 6.30pm. VIP tickets include:
• Telegraph Bespoke champagne reception
• Private Q&A with the six rugby captains
• Three-course meal designed by award winning Angela Hartnett
• Hearing expert predictions and insights into the forthcoming 2015 World Cup
• Exclusive live entertainment
• Access to aftershow party until 2am (carriages from 10pm).
9. The winners must take their prize as one package.
10. The prize does not include travel to or from the event, accommodation personal expenditure or incidental costs.
11. The prizes are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
12. The winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of Vitality and the Promoter.
