Hoist portfolio holding

I've been cleaner than clean as really trying to improve my credit score yet randomly a default has appeared on my account from hoist portfolio holdings for one month last year. No missed payments.
I've no idea who it is or where to start. Does anyone have any previous dealings? Totally gutted I don't want this to restart my defaults 6 years!!

It must be a debt they purchased. If it is, then it could be any number of lenders. Is the default date itself recent?0

Seems like when Hoist purchase the debt, they have a knack of reporting the default date only from when they purchased the debt.0

Write to them and complain. Tell them you know nothing and to remove it:beer:0
