Firstly do iShares ETFs pay dividends?Secondly how do you have to pay the annual charges, do they just reduce your holding once a year?

Yes, they do pay dividends - though the amount differs according to which ETF you purchase.

Any annual charges are reflected in the net asset value of the ETF which affects the buy/sell price for the ETF - they don't reduce the number of shares you actually have.
