Financial Associate Query

I've taken a 30 day free trial to check on my credit. On my Equifax report it shows a financial associate with my OH and the name of two loan companies with 'created' dates. Underneath (Alias) is my maiden name with the same two dates. Please could somebody explain if this is simply a check as his wife or would my details have been given at the time of the loan application? My name was not on either loan so I am concerned that the 'created' dates are against my name?

I am not aware of any joint financial product or application and cannot see anything on my file which links this? Does the name Freedom Lending Wizard mean anything to you?
