You right they do stop at 3, otherwise lots of us would be buying kids as I`m a size 4 in Uggs!

I thought so. I'm a 4 too so would definitely be buying kids ones given half the chance! I buy kids trainers when i can, so much cheaper.

I ordered some ugg boots with a voucher code, they arrived (took a while!) but they had a mark on them, it wasn't massive but when you're paying £127 for something you want them to be perfect right? So sent them back , sent 3 emails as well. Did get one back saying if it looks like i havent worn them (havent even unpacked them!!) then they will send a replacement! Hadn't heard anything so sent an email - seems now they haven't received them!! they said something about the warehouse moving but I dont know what's going to happen now! not happy! should have just paid the full £150 and got them from john lewis!!

I have had similar problems with Shudoo.... I ordered Ugg Cardy's earlier this year and got them for about £80 which was not a bad price at all.

When they came though there were several pulls in the knit on the inside of the boot.

My OH couldn't understand why I was so annoyed, but I said why would you pay alot of money for something that should be perfect especially a big brand which is supposed to be top quality.

I emailed Shudoo with pictures and their response to me is they were sorry but due to the nature of the material this is likely to happen! (I dont care what they say they should never have got through quality conrol and should have ended up in a seconds store) They said I could send them back though.

I was really annoyed by it but after reading stories about them saying they haven't received things back at their warehouse I decided the best thing to do would not be to risk my £80 but to keep the boots and wear them rolled up instead of folded down... I dont like my leg shape anyway so think they look silly folded down.

But I def wont shop with them again.
  • Anyone know where you can get the insoles from in the UK for Uggs genuine ones of course :D

Well, it pains me to admit this but my LFA seconds are now only fit for the bin.

The soles were pretty rigid to begin with anyway, I thought they'd losen up with wear but they have not. I was able to get used to the feet slurping noise I made but now they have split!! The sole has come away from the instep part of the boot. I am really disappointed, especially as I was hoping to wear these again this year. I am lucky enough to be on a waiting list for Mukluks.

Its not going well for me! I had a pair of ASOS boots I had paid for, stupidly incurred bank fees as I didn't have the money to pay for them, now 2 weeks later they email to say "sorry, its running late, we are just dispatching them now and they will take another week and a half" Its a joke! That is seriously poor customer service there, if they were really sorry they'd have gotten them to me via a one day delivery rather then send a dispatch email 2 weeks later so they will arrive 3 weeks after I ordered them.

Shudoo, LFAs, now ASOS- what on EARTH is happening?
  • Just bought my first pair of Uggs. Ordered from Shudoo on Monday evening and delivered on Friday - sounds like I might be one of the lucky ones who haven't suffered much of a delay.

What do people use to protect them from stains, water marks etc (mine are black)? Is it worth bothering with the Ugg Sheepskin Care Kit or is there a cheaper alternative that is just as good?
  • :)Just been on Daniel footwear site and they have reduced the Love from Austrailia sheepskin western boots to £99.99, they had all sizes available and free postage.

I use a spray I got from Faith for around £4. I have the sand coloured Uggs and have had them for 2 or 3 years and they still look fine!
