hi can someone help,i have just ordered a pair of uggs from this site http://www.uggsaustralia-uk.com thought it was the origonal site but would someone clarify this for me as now im not so sure, many thanks

It had ugg in the website name so it is fake. Only genuine site with ugg in the URL is ugg Australia. Genuine websites tend to have a phone number to contact rather than an email address. Also the genuine ugg austrailia website gives a list of authorised dealers in the UK.

No way to contact that site besides an email address, no security certificate. Check before buying next time!;)

Just checked on whois.net and the 'ugg' website is registered to someone in china called Hai Mingwei in Guangdong province.

if you can i would try to try some on before hand in a shop? to be honest they really loosen up after a while so if they do feel quite snug they will stretch, i keep wondering if i should have kept the 6's, but i'll never know now!

I've tried, believe me, but there are no shops locally that sell Emu!
  • havent a clue but I had the same problem with my chestnut ones - completely ruined last week in the snow. Had never protected them in the first place and had had them for over a year ( but my favourite pair of them all:mad:) so as I had nothing to lose................................ I stuck them in the washing machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now if they were new boots I would never have done this, but as it was they had huge water marks on the front kind of black in colour so it was wash them or bin them - they came up fine:D

lol thats fab ! scared to do that with my black ones tho they might go dodgy , found my daughters ugg care kit and used the brush on them , it got most of it off but u can still see where it was , good job i got some bailey buttons for xmas !! :T

Going to send daughter in law's cardy Uggs back to Shudoo in the morning. But now they don't have any in stock in her size or any colour except FIG.

It's her birthday near the end of January so I've agreed to get her the Bailey Button instead and call it a combined Christmas/birthday present.

Now I'll have to get the letterbox nailed shut against the credit card bill...I just hope Shudoo reimburse me for the returned cardy Uggs quickly!!!
  • ggrrrrr!! it was my cousin who ordered them, such a shame though, she hadn't heard of this site till i posted my question for her, i guess theres hope she might get a half decent fake, better than nothing i guess which is also a possibility!,thanks everyone for replies.x.
