You'll probably get the same answer as me-they'll reimberse you after they've processed your returns. I'm not convinced. Also means my OH will be out of pocket £220 until they refund & reimberse the 20% off the new pair. Not sure It's fair to expect him to do that as it could take upto a month to be refunded.

i got a refund off shudoo and it didnt take that long , maybe a week or so .

When you say you're not convinced...do you mean they could get you to buy a new pair then NOT refund the returned pair???:eek::eek::eek:

i got refunded within a week from Shudoo i bought the Argyle uggs in black size 6 & they felt too small my toes seemed to be poking out the front! when i exchanged them for a 7 these are now way too big & i have to wear 2 pairs of the thick fluffy socks with them grrrrr

I have them in brown. They look like normal boots really and have 2 insoles, one leather and the other sheepskin. They aren't as warm like other uggs but are much smarter.

What are they like in the wet weather and how do sizings compare with other UGGs (would I need to go up a size I assume they don't give as much as the sheepskin boots). Really fancy a pair for the wet weather.

In wet weather same as any other leather boots. Get your true size. I'm a 5 and I have the 5.5 which is a 38.

does anyone know how to get salt marks out of uggs ? wore my black classics in the snow and although my feet were toasty my black uggs are now white !! boohooo , ok not totally white but have salt markings around the back of the ankles .
