Still waiting for a refund! Got an email 2 days ago saying its getting processed! So need to wait and see how much I get, hopefully tomorrow! And if its any less I will be straight on the phone to them :rotfl:

Yes but that list does not seem to be updated on a regular basis, there was a while when Shudoo wasn't on there as an authorised retailer.

they aren't gold! They are bronze, m&m have admitted they have the wrong picture up, they definatly don't have any light gold in stock

I know its shocking! As I thought they had sent bronze by mistake but girl said the color I got sent is all they have! Then they refused to give me my postage charge back as it cost me almost £10! Had to fight to get them to agree to give me it, tryed saying its their fault I'm having to return as i wanted gold as stated on their site but they sent he wrong color. Eventually agreed to give me it but not recieve refund yet to know if I got it back. Really annoyed with them!!
