Really not impressed with my gold metallic ugg's from m&m. They are really dark and not light gold like in the pic. Also after you have taken all the inserts out and put the boots down the sides just flop right over, once on they are really baggy just above the ankles too :(
I take it you need to pay to return to M&M too?

That's a shame you don't like them. I did think they were abit darker than in the picture, but I can live with that. Strange yours flop over, mine stay up straight.

Yes you have to pay to return them. I opted for Collect+ to pick the ones I'd ordered in the wrong size up from a local shop - it's £3.99 but that insures your item up to £100 and you can track your parcel. I don't have much luck with Royal mail, and didn't fancy paying a fortune to send it special delivery. M&M won't refund you if your item goes missing and is uninsured.

Yes, as a rule you do have to pay to return.

However, if you feel they are somewhat faulty, with the sides flopping, and the colour does not represent the pic, you might be able to push for them to pay for the refund. Give them a ring, it's worth a try!

They may be but it seems that several people who have bought the gold are complaining of a strange baggy fit... (see post 7962)

Also just found the Lo Pro in black £54 - size 3 only and natural £50 size 3 on the following official site http://www.vanmildert.com/ugg-143_ladies-2.html

One person complained about the fit. A few others have commented on the colour not being quite what they expected from the photo , but Claire posted a link that showed the boots to be darker than the ones shown on mandm. both fair enough complaints, doesn't mean they are selling fake boots.

MandM is a legit site selling legit boots. A good few experienced ugg buyers from this thread have bought uggs off there and were happy. If they had uggs or emus that I wanted I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them i'll actually be ordering a pair of rockport boots off them as a christmas present if they get the size i'm looking for back in.

Also Ugg Aus don't always seem to have their list of official stockists up to date, I seem to remember reading ages ago that cloggs or shudoo or possibly both weren't on there for a while - hopefully someone else will confirm this was the case.

if sent m&m an email complaining about the uggs and see what they say! Said they are faulty as flop over and the picture is decieving as they are nothing like the pic. They are the same as the ones posted a few pages back, it was light gold I really wanted :-(

Anybody who bought Whooga boots a few weeks back and got faulty ones...I received an email today (had already been given a full refund), they are sending me a complimentary pair, they told me to pass the message on to anyone else who may have had faulty boots xx

Went for draggies round town on Saturday with OH. We went into TREDS to look at the Uggs. Lets just say he was less than impressed & thought that the quality wasn't proportionate to the cost....looks like I won't be having those for xmas or bday this year.
