I started out by wanting the sunburst, deciding they were too expensive and bought something else. Guess what I ended up buying them anyway!

ordered yesterday from asos got a pr of ultimate bind for a good price of £140.they cam this morning and the left boots has a bald patch in the fur!

they dont have any more in my size in stock online so have emailed them asking what they can do

has anyone had any probs with uggs from asos?

Sorry Kelly, I've had 5 pairs of Uggs from ASOS and never had a problem but their customer services have been really kind and helpful in the past so I'm sure they'll be able to help you; just see if they can give you a replacement at the same price as soon as they come back into stock.
