OK I'm going to order the black classic short from Shoe-shop.com and need sizing advice. I'm a size 4. I have tall chestnuts and chocolate baileys. Both of these on the box said USA 6, UK 4.5 and european 37. That is fine, they fit well.

However on Shoe Shop.com there are 2 options:

Size 39 = Size 4
Size 39 = Size 4.5

So which is the right size? Yes I know I could send them back could be doing without the hassle.

Well i finally have my classic tall's from Spoiled Brat. They are a little too big for me but i am going to stick with them i think, i come out in cold sweats at the thought of having to get a refund from them!!

Appauling customer service aside... genuine UGG's for a very good price!

I got some form my daughter from vivaladiva.com with 20% off code I found on this site. They arrived quickly and daughter very happy. Hope this helps.
