I am so p*****d off!!!!
I wore my Whooga's yesterday while shopping. It started raining as I was walking back to my car so they got a bit wet. As they were drying I noticed where they had gotten wet they had gone a horrible brown singed colour (they are meant to be grey!!!) Then when I took them off, my right heel had brown dye all over it, and I put my hand inside and there is no sheepskin at the heel in that shoe!
I did have a prob with some sheepskin missing in the other shoe but asked for a partial refund, but now they are unwearable, they look awful. I am so so mad.0 -

Oh I'm sorry that happened. {HUGS} Maybe contact them to see if they know why they went brown?
I've been wearing mine this weekend and had no problems whatsoever. Comfiest shoes I've ever had actually!0 -

thanks, i am gutted as they were very comfy. I really want my money back now as I will never wear them again because they look really bad now! I'm going to email them and have taken some pics to show how bad they look. Such a shame, I wouldn't buy from them again after this.0 -

Really want the purple ones!! Anyone got any codes!
Christina, the adults will be too big if you are a 3.5 as you need to wear a size smaller, please get somewhere offering free postage or where you can try them on if you want adults sizes. I am a 3 and the adults smallest size (3.5, fakes usually labelled as a 3) were HUGE on me. I mean, really, really HUGE. Sorry but please don't waste your money on postage if they are not going to fit. I have been buying Uggs for 3 years now and have been through all of this. I've been into Ugg Australia at Westfield and tried them on and my foot lifted straight out they were that big.0 -
next time I'm in town I'll try some on I'm sure I did last year but can't remember what size I took haha
where do you get yours?0 -

I got my last pair from Cloggs but I am looking for a different style and they are so hard to find. I had to import mine the last 2 years because so little were for sale and those that were sold out straightaway but this year there are much more around. I've found them in Charles Clinkard, Office, Kids Cavern, Asos, John Lewis and some independants all these are new to sell the Uggs this year - really is a long list but they tend to do the Classics and the Cardi and I was after something different.
If you have a look on the Ugg Australia website you can find what shops near you sell them - there are some surprises on there but call first as some have stopped selling them. A lot of them are not picked up i searches but if you google the stores you can find what they have for sale. I went to Milton Keynes this weekend and found nothing I wanted at all.
I recently bought some Birch from Cloggs but the fit was awful so they are going back this week.0 -
Soooo, I have found this website, looks legit, is registered with companies house (is a Ltd company), has been trading a few years, sells lots of brands, has a B&M shop where they sell. Are offering a % off their boots at the moment: http://www.muse-shoes.co.uk/shop/manufacturers.php?manufacturerid=27

They are 100% legit. They are a little boutique store just down the road from me and I can vouch for their authenticity. They sell loads of top brands.0 -
