I have been an Ugg australia wearer for the past 6-7 years. I was thinking of buying some new short black ones I wear Uggs a lot and usually replace the most worn pair around this time each year but I do really feel they are getting a joke with the price hikes every year.

I see so many people strolling along in their fake Ugg Australia boots and wonder if its time for a change... afterall I'm paying £150 to wear a certain brand yet theres a chavvy teen with their ankles sloping on the pavement with Ugg Australia on the back label!

After much though I have just ordered myself a pair of Whooga's, it was a choice between those or Just sheepskin but I'm not keen on the front seam on JS so chose the whoogas. I admit sadly I am label conscious and I dont buy fakes so choosing another brand was a big decision but I have noticed this year they have started selling alternate brands in designer stores all of equal quality, all lovely thick lined and sheepskin uppers and all still priced at around £100.

I entered the Whooga comp and they emailed me a 15% off code so just paid £63 including delivery for a short pair! :money: I remember the days when I could get Ugg Australia boots for less than that but hey ho. ;) If they arrive and are as nice as they claim to be then I'm following a new label. :D

I feel the same as you this year! Will go on wearing the UGGs I've got though as they're still in great shape after 3 years wear!!!

Just looked at Whooga's and I want the purple ones NOW!!!! :D

Glad I just spotted this before completing checkout!!!

Do you put it in where it says "Gift Card Code"(optional)?

If you want sheepskin, but aren't bothered about the UGG™ label, Costcos own brand (Kirkland) sheepskin ugg boots are a bargain. I think they're about £28, I'm size 5 so got the 'junior' ones for £16 :D just to wear as slippers round the house.

The quality is just as good as my original UGGs™ (which are at least 7 years old now)
