I know, I won't pay £80 for fakes, I would rather pay £123 for real ones from a shop. But if they are real at least I took a chance, if I'm not happy I will send them back (although this will be at my expense). As to the stock, they have no stock of any sizes for about 5 weeks, I know other sites are getting them in this month too i.e. Cloggs and T-Reds that have been sold out in those sizes up until now. The thing is, have you seen the prices M&M sell them at? no-one has any problems with ones from there, I am hoping (fingers and toes crossed), these might be the same.Well I can't stand by the side
And watch this life pass me by
Just want to be...Happy0 -
The problem is, the Ugg haters will come out waving their pitchforks in full force wailing 'NO TO UGG THREADS' etc! Two threads would make sense though, surely? Not sure if I'm brave enough to start one yet. Might do a bit of research and see if I can compile a list of prices/links first.
For what it's worth, having worn UGGs and Emus, Emus are genuinely better made I'm afraid. The sole and stitching is a lot sturdier. UGGs are a bit like Lily Allen - a triumph of marketing over substance.
This is entirely correct, its been tried before on more than one occasion and people still come back to this thread if you spend your time compiling a list the thread will end up in the midst of MSE within a few days never to be seen again.0 -

I would be very wary buying form there, the product code shown is not the same product code used by all other Ugg Australia sites, why waste your money having to risk returning them on a signed for service which if you are going to insure the value of what you spent needs to be Special delivery for around £7 when all the signs are there that these are most likely couterfeit.
M&M only sell them cheap because they are unpopular sizes. Ask yourself why a site would sell boots that easily sell for almost double the price they are selling for, good business sense would be to let them sell for as much profit as possible if they were genuine the they would be confident they could sell at RRP why the need for such a reduction?0 -

Just worries me while the Bloomin Direct thing is still going strong........and people are not getting refunds at all, and lots of people thought they were genuine.0 -

And I'd keep bumping it! Seriously though, in the true spirit of moneysaving, a thread which actually does advertise Ugg (not UGG) boots for a more reasonable price would be beneficial to some. It becomes quite boring to read through endless posts of "is www.notfakeuggshonestguv.com a genuine site?", and "oo, bargain UGGS at only £150!"
As I said, my Emus are great - so comfy, definitely genuine sheepksin (the stingers & hippers are anyway), and so much cheaper. Until the fashionistas decide that Emu is the new UGG that is, and then the price will undoubtedly inflate. Probably only a matter of time seeing as Cameron Diaz wears Emus ...

i was advised by the sales person at the store where i got my tall greys uggs to go a full size down , im normally a 4 and she advised me to get a 3 , this is what i bought and i was very stupid to just take her word for it when parting with £170 , the 3 is fine and very comfy but IMO it wont be long before my toes are poking out of them as my toes is right at the end (seen quite a few pairs with toes out on ebay) my hubby said i should of tried the 4 on and i really could kick myself for not doing , i then bought a pair of 4's off ebay lady had worn them half a dozen times and she was a 5 so had streched them a bit and guess what they fitted me fine , so it's really up to you some ppl say they do go too big if you buy your own size but i would rather that then the toes spring a hole , at least if they go big you could wear thick socks , but my 4's are fine with or without socks0 -
i got a 5 in cardy uggs and my toes are right at the end , well they arent when my feet are in them right but they slide forward and poke out of the front and with them only been knitted i dont think it will be long before they go through . i dont think theyre very good quality as theyve stretched around the tops and now one falls down , I have seen this happen to other ppl too as one of the boots is lower than the other lol just a fashion statement these boots really , not much good for the snow or rain !!!0
