    Hi Suegg,
I saw your post on another forum regarding uggs from Ebay and replied there. As a matter of interest (may have a contact) what size are you?

Regarding mand m direct. I got an email today, saying my order was despatched, so that should mean I'll ge them soon.

I may well return the size 9.5's I bought from them, if these new ones arrive. I won't believe it till they are here. I know this size would be better for my niece as well.

Niki, sorry about the 3rd letter fro mandm. Did you order online or over the phone? I don't understand how that happens, unless multiple orders are going through at the same time, and it could take their computer a little while to process the order.

I was so worried when ordereing yesterday, that even when I put items in the 'basket', I hurried to pay in case they'd sold out before I actually made the payment.

Depending on whether ists classic talls or cardy's the size may vary. I'd go down half a size in classics and for cardy boots which are a bit snugger, either go up to a UK 7, or stck with a UK 6.5 if they do it in that size.

I'm a UK 8 and went down to a UK 7 in classics, and they are perfect.

My Uggs have arrived - I don't get it as I didn't order until last Wednesday, a couple of days after you Niki.

I would definitely complain as that's not fair at all, especially as this is your 3rd time.

For reference though the 9.5s are not as roomy as I thought they would be and fit well - a pair of insoles and they'll be spot on.

Oh and they are definitely not fakes. :)

oh am so pleased they are not huge size wise! just keep everything crossed i get mine now :T
