    get incontact with ASOS asap! there could be a mistake- eg someone has returned their "uggs" for a refund and sent back fakes- then you order yours/their return.... as I doubt ASOS would risk their reputation selling fakes unless they said they were fakes.
  • Hi
    They Appear To me that they are genuine but they are def not the quality of my usuals! I have told james at customer service and he has told me to return them for a new pair :)

    My Uggs have arrived - I don't get it as I didn't order until last Wednesday, a couple of days after you Niki.:confused:

    I would definitely complain as that's not fair at all, especially as this is your 3rd time. :mad:

    For reference though the 9.5s are not as roomy as I thought they would be and fit well - a pair of insoles and they'll be spot on.

    Oh and they are definitely not fakes. :)

    Hi, just want to know if it’s safe to buy ugg boots from ebay? If the seller has really good feedback does that mean he/she is selling genuine items?
    Thanks

    No, you are far more likely to encounter fakes on ebay.........probably 99% of uggs on ebay that are advertised as uGg australia ARE NOT

    Good feedback means nothing, that could just mean they were sent quickly!
  • Anybody had any dealings with these

    http://officalugg.com/

    Are they legit....any other ones i should go with

    Also fo a UK size 6.5 what size should i go for??

    Any help please...:confused::confused::confused:
