i reckon the chocolate ones are definitely the real deal

@ Toto - yes i know what you mean that was how the chesnut short ons i saw yesterday were compared to my printed cheap style label

I think the printed label ones are fake, I've not seen a label like that in the stores, has anyone else? I would love to be wrong

Mine are exactly the same as yours.....same tag etc....
  • These look real, according to the squillions of conflicting guides out there.

They also look nice quality and well made.
They look real to me too, the only thing different to mine are mine has made in China on the back of the label not the front.

The inside tag of the aussiedirect ones... is it printed or embroidered? It looks like a tag printed on both sides in the picture? My ones from selfridges have an embridered inner tag which is (how to explain this) embroidered on one side but stiched in a U shape so both embroidered faces are outwards. Did that make even the slightest bit of sense?
yeah, that makes sense, i have the chestnut boots like in the pic above and the label is printed, it is also really flimsy, could be easily ripped, mine isnt even attatched properly, the stitching is very poor and the labels on the back are not straight, wish id paid the extra and just got some here now. Has anybody heard if the ones Victorias Secret sell are the Deckers ones or not? Dusiafootwear also sell them (real or not, not sure) and offer free delivery (still get customs with both though i think)

    Subject: Genuine Uggs (Thread:678133)

Hi, I hope you can help?

I am thinking about buying some Uggs from this store - http://
aussiedirect.stores.yahoo.net/uggausran.html but I wondered if you
confirm whether the Uggs they sell are genuine or fake? I don't want
    to buy fake boots!
I've emailed them a couple of times and they say that some of their
boots are made in China (especially the new colours like chocolate)
but some are made in Australia, New Zealand etc... I was under the
impression that only genuine Uggs are made in China?
If they are a genuine retailer, please could you tell which boots you
    supply to them?

Thank you for your help and look forward to hearing from you.

however, the items listed online at only available in Australia. Also,
some of the products, such as the Classic Short in Chestnut, Black and

    Dear Merce'dez,

Thanks so much for your email.

I'm relieved to hear that they are genuine Uggs! The ones I really
want are the tall classic black ones. Their website says that they
will ship to the UK, is this still ok? Will they still be the genuine
Uggs? I have looked at the picture of the tall black ones on-line and
the label on the heel is cream with black writing rather than black
with white writing. That's really why I am concerned.

Sorry to ask so many questions!!

    Thanks again for your help,

    Charlie

    Dear Charlie,

We often change the color of the labels on the heel. They usually range
between of white and dark brown. You may place an order with an
international shipping destination either on our website at
https://www.UGGAustralia.com or by phone at 001-928-779-5938. Shipping charges
will depend upon the amount of your order and usually range from $59.95
to $119.95 USD. Please keep in mind that duties and taxes may be applied
by your country, and these are in addition to our shipping charges. You
may get an estimate of these fees by contacting a shipping company in
    your area.
Thank you again. Have a nice day!

If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to call
    our customer service center.
