Kiwi Sheepskin boots are very generous in sizings. I have a short pair (no longer listed, I bought them a year ago) which are 7" tall and I've just measured them and they're 15" around the top, so plenty of room to tuck in jeans. I can't see the mid-calf boots being any narrower around the top than that.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0

I got some Canterbury’s thanks to recommendations from this thread and they are brilliant. I was wondering what is the width like at the top of the Kiwi Sheepskins? I like the way Canterbury’s are quite wide at the top so you can tuck your jeans in without it being annoying – are Kiwi’s the same or are they narrower?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Hi
I've used kiwi sheepskins both this year & last. Last years I'm still wearing & they still look great. Both times I've had the ultimate spilled wool ones (mid height & the tall ones). They are generous & do allow jeans to be tucked in. When they are new they do feel tighter. The fur beds in to the shape of your feet. I replaced the insoles of last years ( I bought a second set with the boots) last week & the old ones whilst still usable had my footprint on them perfectly.
I thoroughly recommend them. Both times I had my boots within a week. They are excellent quality boots. I constantly get compliments on my boots & people wanting to know where they are from. Just last Friday my GP was more interested in my boots than how my 6 yr old was feeling.
I ordered a US 9 (I'm a UK 7/8 depnding on style) & they are a perect fit.
Anyhow I did post a 10% money off code last week to use at Kiwi in the discount codes & vouchers forum. It's valid up untill the 31st Oct.

Hi
I am after a pair of Ugg boots for xmas for my sister and seen this site
www.UggStopUggBootsAustralia.com.au
they are currently selling for £60 including delivery but does anyone know if these are genuine UGG boots as dont want to buy her a fake pair.
I noticed this at bottom of site
UGG and UGG BOOTS are generic terms in Australia describing the kind of sheepskin boots we sell
All sheepskin boots we sell are made in Australia from the finest quality real Australian sheepskin
We are not affiliated with 'UGG Australia' brand and do not sell their products
Does this mean they are fake? TIA
It doesn't mean they are fake, just not the UGG Australia brand that we are familiar with here.0 -

Hi
No they are not fake they are Sheepskin Uggs just not the brand that I think you are after which I guess are the ones that most people are wearing with the uGg logo on.
A lot of folk believe that the only genuine uggs are the ones that have the logo with the big G in the middle - 'uGg Australia'
But Ugg is a generic term for a kind of sheepskin boot like the ones that this site sell.
They will be much the same as the ones I believe you are after but they will have a different logo & made by a different company.
So it all depends how important it is to you or your sister which logo the boot is.
There are many other sites that sell Ugg sheepskin boots both here & overseas, just Google sheepkin boots.
Hope this is of help
As stated by this site - 'TUGG and UGG BOOTS are generic terms in Australia describing a kind of sheepskin boot'

TKMexx at Brent Cross have loads of regular short and long Uggs Australia but the tall are £145!!!!!! they seemed to have lots of USA10's and ll's. I tried a pair of US10's. My right foot is a tad shorter than my left so I always try left on first. I am a Euro 41 which equate to a UK8 and they fitted so well I am now having to order a pair from M&M...thats if there are any left.
The problem with sizing is all to do with the conversion charts used. There seems to be a half size difference between the old British Standard sizing and the Europeon Sizing.
A good example is in Marks & Spencer a 42 is an 8 ( always too big for me.)
Any european shop will tell you a 41 is a Uk8 and 42 is a UK9
US sizing is generally converted via the Europeon Guide.
Now, I cant wait to order mine and see if the boot really does fit let alone whether I REALLY need them or not. I ended up buying Crocs because I read so much about how fantastic they were which was quite right, so hopefully I will luv these boots.SallyD0 -
I think you'll find a size 41 = UK7
I'm a UK7/US9 and whenever I buy EU sizes I always get a 41
Hmmmmm, just googled size charts to find out I'm wrong and the majority reckon a UK7 = EU40. So why do a lot of my shoes/boots say size 41? I've also got a pair of sandals that are EU39 and UK8 :rotfl:“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
i'm a UK7 and i brought a pair of cardy uggs from mandmdirect and they fit lovely!! so pleased i brought them.. my feet have never been so cosy lolIt only seems kinky the first time.. :A0
