Cheaper from here: http://www.mikedaviesleisure.co.uk/acatalog/footwearcleaningrenovation.html
Thanks but the postage is a lot more expensive !!0 -
my boots have arrived this morning
funnily enough my hairdresser was here wearing her very real ones
the only difference is that hers were made in china and mine in australia and the quality of the inside label - mine looks all cheaper and hers looks and feels different
it has made me wonder whether these are fakes but if they are they are very very good ones
just hope mine look as good as hers do in a years time !!
*edit hers was also significantly shorter than mine tho both were meant to be short so in conclusion i do doubt there authenticity if im honest*
So you reckon the aussidirect ones are fakes? Are you sure hers arent, lol.
It states on their website that they are the real deal; registered trade mark uGg with the little 'r' next to the name. I doubt they are fakes because they come in the uGg box too, with the gurantee and leaflets. You'd find that most fakes do not have these
Taken from their website:
ARE THESE THE REAL UGG BOOTS?
Yes these are the real UGG ® Australia Brand boots!!!! These are the boots worn by all the stars and in high demand globally. The come in the original box and if you get the Logo boots then you shall be wearing the brand on the outside not just the sole!
It has also been confirmed via email that they are the real thing, and they have like 500 feedback which is like 99% positive. Im sure they would have been rumbled if they were selling fakes by now, there are a low of uGg experts out there, you only have to look on Ebay to see that!0 -
i posted earlier to say'emu' boots were just as good. Just to confirm I received mine from a company in UK called Hardcloud - they are lovely, very warm, comfy and I've had numerous comments already on how nice they are.
Tall Chestnut ones were under £50 delivered. Every bit as good as UGGS!!0 -
The Ebay 'experts' claim that the ones made in Aus are fakes, the genuine ones are only made in China. Some people on this thread say that their aussiedirect boots have the label, made in Aus. Ive emailed Deckers to see if their boots are infact made in Aus as well.
I'll tell you if they reply0 -

It looks like they've stopped the free duty offer.
It's not on their website anymore. Grrrrr:mad:0 -
Yes, the offer is still on  Cick on the Uggs page and it comes up then.
BUT... order now cos the prices are going up tomorrow - $5 on short Classics and $10 on the tall :eek:0 -
