I wish I'd found this thread a couple of weeks ago, before my ebay-ugg nightmare began! Anyway, if I manage to get my money back through paypal, can anyon give me any feedback on www.kiwi-sheepskins.com?
I have been scared off trying to get bargain deckers uggs and just can't bring myself to pay top dollar for them so was looking at these as something a little cheaper - has anyone any experience of buying from them?
Any help or advice very much appreciated!
Hi
I ordered from Kiwi Sheepskins in Dec last year.
The boots are fantastic-excellent quality-they took just 7 days to arrive. I ordered an extra pair of sheepskin insoles too. Other than the odd day I have literally lived in these boots & thay are still looking great.
I would thoroughly recommend Kiwi sheepskins there is nothing dodgy about them at all.

Snap! I bought a pair back in Oct/Nov and have lived in them every day since, indoors and outdoors, and they are still in great shape!“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -

hi there,
did you ever take the plunge and order any uggs off the yoyosilver website??
if so are they the real deal? thanks0 -
Hi all, I've been browsing this thread for a few days now. I think Im a snob hehe, have always wanted UggAustralia.com Ugg Boots made by Deckers
but the £140 always set me back, but after my birthday last week, I finally got a pair! Black, classic shorts. I like the sand too, but they tend to get quite mucky....maybe next birthday lol. Just thought I'd share my happiness with all hehe, Laura

I've just checked YoYoSilver out and the Tiffany stuff is definitely as fake as it gets. For a start Tiffany do not wholesale their items; the prices are hugely unrealistic (one ring I was looking at (http://www.yoyosilver.com/product_info.php?cPath=31_35_37&products_id=245) was advertised at $43 on YoYoSilver, yet it is $195 on Tiffany USA and £135 on Tiffany UK) and if you look at the close up pictures on YoYosilver they are blatantly very cheap and poor quality Chinese fakes.
Needless to say that makes me incredibly sceptical about the UGGs on there!!0 -

i have also checked out the site and i tend to agree with you especially about the tiffany stuff, but why do these sites and sellers keep getting away with selling fakes, they def say they are the genuine deckers uggs which is obviously a blatant lie !!0 -

Because people keep buying them!!!
No different to the fake goods sold at markets/car boots etc, only now it's getting harder to do that with inspectors checking everything so these criminals turn to online sales instead.
Just wish people realised that everytime they buy these fake goods they are helping fund criminal activity such as guns, drugs and terrorism!!!“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -
This is horribly familiar. The same thing happened to me (except in my case one of the boots was clearly a size bigger than the other, making them unwearable). Like you, I emailed photos. Like you, I was told they couldn't see anything wrong (it was very clear in the photos that one was bigger!)
I decided not to risk sending the boots back (at my own expense) because I lost faith in the company; I did not trust them to agree with me, and feared that they would find no fault and only return my boots if I paid more postage.
Their customer services were dreadful, and the boots very substandard considering they cost £70.
I would never buy from snugaustralia again- a terrible company.
i don't believe it i also purchased a pair from this company, they arrived just after xmas, and guess what one was bigger than the other, even put 2 pairs of insoles in one, now i walk with a limp as one leg is longer than the other. i too sent photos etc. no joy. would never use again poor customer service.0
