I understand where you're coming from, but I am just thinking of how they do it at my work. Sometimes we pay the customs charges for the customer and charge them for it after. So I am assuming in this case the receiver pays the charges but does not charge the customer for it after.

I had that too.. but i never got a conformation email so not sure if my order worked.. really annoyed as i want to make sure they are ordered before the end of the month (today) so i dont have to pay customs.. :S

when anyone else ordered did it re-direct you to the page with the UGG boot you ordered when you clicked continue to buy them? (after you had entered name, address, credit card details?)

have emailed them asking why it didn't work but i assume they wont reply until tomorrow morning their time anyway

i would like to order a pair, but wondering, would they take visa debit card? I keep gettin subtotal too at $150, aint it suppose to be something like $185???

someone please help me, ive emailed them but got no email back

umm..as far as i can remember..i put in all my details (card details/address etc) and then it took me to a page where it said "print out this page" (it was a recipet) and then after that, it took me to the page with all the uggs on it again.

im going to wait for my credit card bill now, cause when i got the email confirmation, it said "subtotal - 150" and then said that i selected the $35 postage option, but still said "total - 150" *confused* but so long as they havnt charged me more, i guess its okay..!

when did you order them ?, I ordered mine last night and this morning got the confirmation email.

its probably just the way its set out showing the two amounts seperate, maybe they expect you to add them up to come to a total rather than quote a subtotal themselves.

try it as I dont think it matters whether you pay by mastercard or visa, my debit card has the visa sign so I often use it to make online purchases but this time I used my credit card instead.

I ordered mine yesterday afternoon, so i guess it hasn't worked, but my mum doesn't want to enter her credit card details again, incase we now get two pairs dont know what to do.. have emailed them asking if it worked! the site didn't seem that secure when i ordered them, did any one else find that?
