Just thought I'd post an update on my duplicate charging from AD..

I wont post the shocking response I have recieved but to say their customer service is 'different' is an understatement.

What did they say? Have you taken it up with your card company as a disputed transaction? Its a cheek if they are rude as they made the mistake they had no authorisation from you to take that money.

Its funny how so many companys email back when you are asking about the product, then once they have your money they dont care.
  • Hi...not sure if I'm doing this right.....first timer see!

First of all BIG THANKS to Mookie (who seems so clued up about uGgs and has been sooooo helpful from reading all her posts :T )

Now then....if you order from REI do you get the original uGg box with your boots, and how long to they take from the time of order to the time of arrival roughly?

Hello, thanks for the compliment. I have been wearing UGGs for over 3 years I'm glad my info has helped you.

Yes they came in their original box, which was packed inside a nice REI box, they emailed me at the weekend that my 2 orders were on their way, 1st pair came yesterday, 2nd pair i'm hoping will be here very soon. :D
  • Just to check before I order from REI.....the sizes listed are US sizes yes? So.....I should probably order a size 8 for a UK 6? Does this sound about right?

Yes if its the womens ones.

I am a size 4 1/2 shoe, I wear a US6 which is UK4, they do mould to your feet but if they are too small they stretch but go out of shape.

I wear the womens ones but the ones I bought my mother in law are the kids ones, they say a uk5 on the label, i can normally wear a size 5 shoe but they are too big for me, shes a 5-6 so they should be ok for her (i hope as they are an xmas pressie)

They work the kids sizes different a US6 is UK5, US5 is UK4 etc. If you look at the UGG Australia webby they have a sizing chart, hopefully this link works.

    Hi Mookie,

The missus is in turmoil over which ones to get! Are the kids ones identical to the women's classic short? She tried some women's ones on and needed a W5 (US Size I guess). Would the kids equivalent size be identical?

    Cheers! :T
