Hi, can anybody please give me advice on how to remove black biro from a cream painted wall. I have tried to paint over it but because it is a light coloured paint it still shows through. Thanks.

Was going to suggest hair spray but its no good now you have painted over it.
Your best bet is just to keep adding more layers of paint till it goes.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0 -
Hi,
I'd use a thin dab of undercoat then when dry paint over with the cream.

or stain block, then paint to match walls0

If it happens again, Lidl (Or is it Aldi?) do stain removing blocks that'd probably work. They removed pen from our polished wooden table!0

Although it sounds extreme use a light sandpaper, this will remove the biro marker but not all the paint so you will not notice on the wall ... trust me I do this a lot at home when my 2 year old draws on our walls!!A shadowy flight into the dangerous world of a man who does not exist.
